Ethereal is looking for dynamic, industry-oriented PDP (Personality Development & Professional Skills) Trainers to work with students at IIMT University, Greater Noida Campus.

We are hiring for both Full-Time & Visiting Faculty/Trainer positions.

* Group Discussions (GD)
* Personal Interviews (PI) & Mock Interviews
* Resume / CV Building
* Presentation & Public Speaking Skills
* Communication & Soft Skills
* Personality Development
* Corporate Etiquette & Professional Grooming
* Aptitude & Employability Skills
* Leadership & Team-Building Skills
* Email & Workplace Communication
* Interview Preparation & Placement Readiness
* Confidence Building & Overall Professional Development

👨‍🏫 Preferred Candidate Profile

* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* Prior experience in PDP, soft skills, employability or placement training
* Corporate/Industry experience preferred
* Experience conducting GD, PI and mock interview sessions
* Strong understanding of corporate hiring and recruitment processes
* Ability to engage and motivate undergraduate students
* Candidates with corporate + training/academic experience will be highly preferred
* Trainers with exposure to campus placements and recruitment will have an added advantage
