What you’ll do:
• Handle inbound calls from patients and assist with their queries
• Support patients throughout their treatment journey
• Capture and analyse patient feedback
• Address patient concerns and contribute to improving satisfaction
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless patient experience
