OPEN ROLES
1️⃣ Parent Relationship Officer (PRO)
Eligibility: Diploma / Any Degree | Freshers & Experienced
CTC: ₹2.5 LPA + ₹1 LPA variable
Role: Field marketing across apartments, gated communities, malls and weekend events to generate admission leads; CRM updates and parent engagement.
2️⃣ Business Development Associate (BDA)
Eligibility: Any Degree | Freshers & Experienced
CTC: ₹3 LPA + ₹1 LPA variable
Role: Counsel prospective parents, convert qualified leads into admissions, schedule campus visits and own daily reporting.
3️⃣ Parent Relationship Manager (PRM) — Campus Hiring Program (Female candidates)
Eligibility: BBA, 2026 & 2027 batches (all specialisations)
CTC: ₹4 LPA fixed + up to ₹1 LPA incentive = ₹5 LPA
Role: Own the parent admission journey end to end, supported by a 90-day Leadership Development Program covering school operations, business development, financial management, HR and business analytics.
4️⃣ Business Development Manager (BDM) — MBA Freshers
Eligibility: MBA (Marketing / Sales / Business Management)
CTC: ₹5 LPA fixed + up to ₹2 LPA incentive = ₹7 LPA
Role: Drive admissions and revenue, plan BTL and field marketing activities, build partnerships with preschools and local channels, and grow into leading a team of 5–10.
📍 Location: Coimbatore and Pollachi
🗓️ 6-day work week (Saturday & Sunday working, weekday off) - applicable to PRO & BDA

Strong communication in English and Tamil, confidence in front of people, and a target-driven mindset. Freshers are welcome across all four roles.

Interview advice
Going for this role at K12 Techno Services Pvt. Ltd.? A few things that help freshers walk in prepared:
- Before you go in, list the top three things this job asks for and prepare one concrete example for each — then tie every answer back to them.
- For a virtual interview, test your internet, camera and mic in advance, sit somewhere quiet and well-lit, and still dress formally — it signals you are serious.
