Bhash Software Labs is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented ORM Intern to join our team!
💼 Role: ORM Intern
📍 Location: Koramangala, Bengaluru
💰 Stipend: Up to ₹15,000/month
📅 Working Days: 6 days a week
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage the company's online reputation across digital platforms.
- Track and respond to Google reviews professionally.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns.
- Maintain trackers for customer feedback, complaints, and resolutions.
- Identify recurring issues and support customer experience improvement.
- Prepare regular reports on reviews and customer feedback.
Requirements:
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of Google reviews and online reputation management.
- Basic Excel/Google Sheets skills.
- Strong follow-up and problem-solving abilities.
- Attention to detail and a customer-first mindset.
