We’re #Hiring for our Collection Centre network across North India and are hiring for multiple Associate-level roles in Sourcing and Operations

🎓 Freshers are welcome to apply!
💼 Experience: 0–4 years
📍 Locations: Multiple locations across North India

Who are we looking for?

> People who enjoy working on the ground and solving real operational challenges
> Strong communication and relationship-building skills
> High ownership and ability to work independently
> Good problem-solving and execution skills
> Willingness to travel locally and work closely with farmers & field teams

Agri/Agribusiness background is preferred, but not mandatory for all roles
What you’ll work on:

🌱 Farmer Sourcing
> Identify and onboard farmers
> Build strong relationships with farmer networks
> Drive sourcing of fresh produce directly from farmers
> Ensure quality, availability and timely supply
🏭 Collection Centre Operations
> Manage day-to-day Collecton Centre operations
> Coordinate procurement, sorting, grading, and packing
> Manage manpower and operational processes
> Ensure quality, productivity and timely dispatches
