operations
We're hiring at Suvaa (www.suvaa.in)
Not because we need people to "assist." Because we're building a brand and need people who want to build with us.
I am looking for high-intent, curious interns (6 month internship) across:
- Marketing
- Operations
This isn't the internship where you spend six months making PPTs or taking meeting notes.
You'll work directly with the me on real business problems, own meaningful projects, make decisions, and see how an early-stage consumer brand is built from the inside.
We're looking for people who are:
• Curious and proactive
• Obsessive about getting things done
• Strong communicators
• Comfortable with ambiguity
• Excited by startups and consumer brands
Whether it's launching campaigns, solving operational bottlenecks, speaking to customers, analyzing data, coordinating shoots, or executing founder priorities, you'll be expected to own outcomes, not just tasks.
Location: Delhi (in-office)
Duration: 6 months
If you're looking to learn how a modern D2C brand is actually built, we'd love to hear from you. Send your CV along with a short note on why you'd like to work with Suvāa at [contact shared on WhatsApp]
Free. Hopin never charges students. Reply STOP any time.
Interview advice
Going for the Operations role at Suvaa? A few things that help freshers walk in prepared:
- Have one example ready where you brought order to chaos — a process you organised or a bottleneck you fixed, with the result.
- Put numbers on your achievements: "8.5/10 GPA", "cut load time by 40%", "led a team of four" lands far better than "good grades" or "hard-working".
- For a virtual interview, test your internet, camera and mic in advance, sit somewhere quiet and well-lit, and still dress formally — it signals you are serious.
- Prepare two or three thoughtful questions to ask them about the team, the work and growth; "I have no questions" reads as low interest.
- It is fine not to know something — say how you would find the answer. Freshers are hired for how they think, not for knowing everything already.
