We're hiring a Procurement & Operations Specialist at HaystackAnalytics.
📍 Location – Navi Mumbai
💼Type – Internship with full time opportunity
🕕Duration 3 months
What You'll Do:
Manage purchase orders, vendor coordination & supplier negotiations
Oversee inventory, logistics & supply chain for seamless operations
Handle facility management
Maintain AMC contracts, licenses & compliance records
Collaborate cross-functionally to drive operational efficiency
Who Can Apply:
Experience in procurement, operations, or supply chain is a plus
Strong negotiation & vendor management skills
Detail-oriented with a process-driven mindset
Prior experience in a lab/HealthTech/startup setup is a plus

Going for the Operations role at Haystack Analytics? A few things that help freshers walk in prepared:
