1) Operations & Sales Executive (Permanent Role)
📍 Location: Guwahati
What you'll do:

a) Manage corporate customers
b) Coordinate with societies and residential complexes
c) Support operations on the ground
d) Generate new business and sales opportunities
e) Build strong customer relationships

Who can apply?

a) Minimum Class 10 pass (Graduates preferred)
b) Strong communication skills
c) Comfortable meeting and interacting with customers
d) Willing to work on the ground and travel locally
This is NOT a desk job

Compensation:
a) Fixed salary
b) Sales-based incentives and commissions
c) Performance-based increments as per the startup policy

2) Data Analytics Intern (2 Months)📍 Location: Guwahati
We are looking for students or freshers who enjoy working with data and are curious about understanding the blue-collar workforce ecosystem.

Requirements:
a) Interest in data collection and analysis
b) Willingness to conduct field visits on alternate days
c) Eagerness to learn and grow

What we offer:

3) Social Media & Content Intern (2 Months)📍 Location: Guwahati
If you enjoy writing, creating content, and telling stories that matter, we'd love to hear from you.
Requirements:

a) Ability to write in English and vernacular languages
b) Creative mindset
c) Interest in social media, branding, and content creation
