💰 Compensation:
Fresher: ₹3.5 LPA
1–2 Years: ₹5 LPA
3–4 Years: ₹6 LPA
5+ Years: ₹7.5 LPA
Notice Period: 0-15 Days
🔍 Role Overview:
We are looking for professionals (Freshers to 5+ years) with an interest or experience in payment investigations, wire transfers, and SWIFT operations. This role involves handling global payment queries, resolving discrepancies, and ensuring seamless fund transfers across banking channels.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
Investigate global payment inquiries (SWIFT, Fedwire, Telex)
Handle cases like Unable to Apply, Debit Authorization, Amendments, Cancellations, and Return of Funds
Identify and resolve issues such as incorrect instructions, duplicate payments, sanctions, and routing errors
Process and repair SWIFT/CHIPS/Fedwire messages
Ensure compliance with AML/OFAC guidelines
🔹 Skills & Requirements:
0–5+ years in Banking Operations / Payments / Fund Transfers
Knowledge of SWIFT (MT messages), Fedwire, CHIPS (preferred)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good communication skills & ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

- It is fine not to know something — say how you would find the answer. Freshers are hired for how they think, not for knowing everything already.
- Use STAR for "tell me about a time" questions — Situation, Task, Action, Result — so your story stays clear and short.
- Keep answers tight and on-point; avoid rambling or personal topics like religion, politics, relationships or family.
- Arrive 10 to 15 minutes early (not an hour), and carry a printed CV, a valid ID and any certificates.
