Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Management Intern who is passionate about business operations, process optimization, and driving execution. This role offers an opportunity to work closely with growing businesses and gain practical exposure to operational strategy and management.
Key Responsibilities
🔹 Assist in managing day-to-day business operations
🔹 Coordinate with different teams to ensure smooth workflow and communication
🔹 Monitor project progress and track key deliverables
🔹 Maintain operational records, trackers, and documentation
🔹 Identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements
🔹 Support resource planning and task allocation
🔹 Prepare reports and operational updates for management
🔹 Assist in implementing systems and workflows to improve productivity
Requirements

✔ Excellent communication and coordination abilities
✔ Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
✔ Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office
✔ Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
✔ Interest in business operations, management, and process optimization
✔ Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
Preferred Skills
