We're looking for a highly driven Operations Management Intern to join us in Pune and work directly on bringing bold ideas to life.
What you'll work on:
• Vendor sourcing and management
• Material and fabric sourcing
• Coordinating with manufacturers and suppliers
• Production planning and inventory tracking
• Managing internal and external operations across departments and stakeholders
• Office management and administrative coordination
• Researching new materials, packaging, and manufacturing opportunities
• Supporting product development from concept to production
• Process documentation and operational reporting
• Assisting in logistics, dispatches, and day-to-day business operations
What We're Looking For:
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Ownership, curiosity, and willingness to learn
• Interest in fashion, startups, operations, and supply chain management

Interview advice
Going for the Operations role at DIMØN? A few things that help freshers walk in prepared:
- Have one example ready where you brought order to chaos — a process you organised or a bottleneck you fixed, with the result.
- It is fine not to know something — say how you would find the answer. Freshers are hired for how they think, not for knowing everything already.
- Use STAR for "tell me about a time" questions — Situation, Task, Action, Result — so your story stays clear and short.
- Keep answers tight and on-point; avoid rambling or personal topics like religion, politics, relationships or family.
- Arrive 10 to 15 minutes early (not an hour), and carry a printed CV, a valid ID and any certificates.
