🚀 We’re Hiring: Operations Intern
I’m looking for a highly motivated Operations Intern to join my team at Wholsum Foods (Slurrp Farm & Mille).
This role offers hands-on exposure to supply chain, manufacturing, procurement, warehousing, logistics, and process improvement in a fast-growing food startup environment. The selected candidate will work closely with the Operations leadership team on high-impact projects that directly influence business performance.
What we're looking for:

✅ Proficiency in Excel and data analysis
✅ Willingness to get hands-on and learn from the ground up
✅ Passion for operations, supply chain, and building scalable processes

Going for the Operations role at Wholsum Foods? A few things that help freshers walk in prepared:
- Have one example ready where you brought order to chaos — a process you organised or a bottleneck you fixed, with the result.
- Use STAR for "tell me about a time" questions — Situation, Task, Action, Result — so your story stays clear and short.
- Keep answers tight and on-point; avoid rambling or personal topics like religion, politics, relationships or family.
- Arrive 10 to 15 minutes early (not an hour), and carry a printed CV, a valid ID and any certificates.
