Urban Company is looking for a driven Operations Intern to join our Chennai team!

What you'll do:
🔹 Coordinate with service professionals to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
🔹 Solve real operational challenges as they come up
🔹 Support project management initiatives that improve efficiency
🔹 Track key performance metrics and turn data into actionable insights
What we're looking for:
✅ Strong analytical skills — you're comfortable with data and drawing insights from it
✅ Excellent written & verbal communication
✅ Basic understanding of sales / business development
✅ Interest or experience in Operations & Project Management
✅ A proactive, detail-oriented problem-solver
✅ Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
✅ Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Operations, or related field
✅ Bonus: knowledge of the home & beauty services industry
✅ Languages: Tamil & Hindi
📍 Location: Chennai (Full-time, On-site)

Going for the Operations role at Urban Company? A few things that help freshers walk in prepared:
- Have one example ready where you brought order to chaos — a process you organised or a bottleneck you fixed, with the result.
- Rehearse "tell me about yourself" out loud in about 60 seconds — education, one standout achievement, why this role — instead of reciting your CV top to bottom.
- Put numbers on your achievements: "8.5/10 GPA", "cut load time by 40%", "led a team of four" lands far better than "good grades" or "hard-working".
- For a virtual interview, test your internet, camera and mic in advance, sit somewhere quiet and well-lit, and still dress formally — it signals you are serious.
