Eligibility:
🎓 Students currently pursuing their degree or 2026 pass-outs

📌 Freshers are welcome to apply
🏢 Candidates should be comfortable visiting the HCLTech office in Chennai as and when required
What you’ll work on:
• Support day-to-day training operations and coordination
• Assist with scheduling, tracking and maintaining training-related data
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and trainers
• Support documentation, reports and MIS activities
• Assist the team in ensuring smooth execution of training programs

What we’re looking for:
✔️ Good communication and coordination skills
✔️ Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
✔️ Strong attention to detail
✔️ Willingness to learn and take ownership
✔️ Ability to work effectively with teams
