About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Operations Intern to support our day-to-day business operations. This internship offers hands-on exposure to e-commerce operations, retailer management, logistics coordination, and process improvement in a fast-paced startup environment.
Key Responsibilities
Support daily operational activities and business processes.
Coordinate with retailers, sellers, and internal teams.
Monitor order processing and fulfillment activities.
Assist in maintaining operational reports using Excel/Google Sheets.
Track service levels (SLAs) and help resolve operational issues.
Maintain accurate operational data and documentation.
Coordinate with logistics partners for smooth order delivery.
Assist in inventory and marketplace operations.
Prepare MIS reports and operational dashboards.
Identify process improvement opportunities and support implementation.
Required Skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Basic understanding of e-commerce or retail operations is an added advantage.
Eligibility
Any Graduate (MBA Freshers are welcome).
Freshers or candidates with up to 0.6 year of experience.
Immediate joiners preferred.
