Operations Intern
๐ข We're Hiring | Operations Intern โ Workforce Management
๐ Gurgaon (Lenskart HQ) โ Aerocity from August
๐ 6-Month Internship | Starting 15th June 2026
Are you someone who loves making sense of data, owns their work end-to-end, and wants real exposure to large-scale retail operations?
We're looking for a driven intern to join our #WorkforceManagement team at Lenskart โ a role that sits right at the intersection of strategy, data, and on-ground operations.
What you'll do:
โ Own and update daily/weekly trackers and MIS reports
โ Analyse patterns in store performance, absenteeism, and deployment gaps
โ Build dashboards and support strategic presentations
โ Drive end-to-end follow-ups with cross-functional stakeholders
โ Dive into ad-hoc projects that shape how we plan manpower across 2000+ stores
You're a great fit if you:
โ Are a recent graduate or post-graduate (MBA preferred)
โ Have strong Excel/Google Sheets skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, formulas)
โ Communicate clearly and follow through without being chased
โ Bonus: Know Power BI, Tableau, or have done any scripting/automation
This isn't a passive internship โ you'll work directly on problems that impact store operations and SWAT deployments across India.

Interview advice
Going for the Operations role at Lenskart? A few things that help freshers walk in prepared:
- Have one example ready where you brought order to chaos โ a process you organised or a bottleneck you fixed, with the result.
- Rehearse "tell me about yourself" out loud in about 60 seconds โ education, one standout achievement, why this role โ instead of reciting your CV top to bottom.
- Put numbers on your achievements: "8.5/10 GPA", "cut load time by 40%", "led a team of four" lands far better than "good grades" or "hard-working".
- For a virtual interview, test your internet, camera and mic in advance, sit somewhere quiet and well-lit, and still dress formally โ it signals you are serious.
- Prepare two or three thoughtful questions to ask them about the team, the work and growth; "I have no questions" reads as low interest.
