Kapitus is looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented Operations Interns to join our team in Perungudi, Chennai.
This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on exposure to credit management, loan servicing, client coordination, documentation, compliance monitoring, and portfolio management in a fast-paced financial-services environment. 📈
What we’re looking for
✅ Graduates in B.E., B.Com, M.Com, MBA, or other UG/PG programs
✅ Strong communication and organisational skills
✅ Interest or understanding of credit and business
What we offer
💼 6-month internship
💰 ₹15,000/month stipend + ₹300/day night-shift allowance

Interview advice
Going for the Operations role at Kapitus? A few things that help freshers walk in prepared:
- Have one example ready where you brought order to chaos — a process you organised or a bottleneck you fixed, with the result.
- It is fine not to know something — say how you would find the answer. Freshers are hired for how they think, not for knowing everything already.
- Use STAR for "tell me about a time" questions — Situation, Task, Action, Result — so your story stays clear and short.
- Keep answers tight and on-point; avoid rambling or personal topics like religion, politics, relationships or family.
- Arrive 10 to 15 minutes early (not an hour), and carry a printed CV, a valid ID and any certificates.
