🔹 𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀
• Assist in recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
• Maintain employee records, reports, and HR documentation.
• Support onboarding and employee engagement initiatives.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operational workflows.
• Track daily tasks, prepare reports, and assist in process improvements.
• Support project timelines and administrative activities.

🔹 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of HR processes and recruitment.
• Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets.
• Good organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Laptop and stable internet connection are mandatory.
• Immediate joiners preferred.

• Internship Certificate upon successful completion.
• Hands-on experience in HR and Operations.
