🕒 Internship Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities
🔹 Connect with students over phone calls and guide them through the onboarding process.
🔹 Explain the FILO app, its features, and benefits.
🔹 Assist students with registration, app usage, and query resolution.
🔹 Coordinate with internal teams to support day-to-day operations.
🔹 Maintain daily operational reports, calling trackers, and registration data using MS Excel and Google Sheets.
🔹 Ensure timely follow-ups and deliver a seamless student experience.
Eligibility
✔ Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree (any discipline) or in the final year of graduation.
✔ Freshers are welcome.
✔ Excellent communication skills in Hindi and/or English.
✔ Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
✔ Willingness to work from the Gurugram office.
✔ Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and strong interpersonal skills.

Going for the Operations role at FILO? A few things that help freshers walk in prepared:
