Operations Intern
MIS / Analytics Intern
Stipend: 8,000 – ₹0,000 per month
Duration: 3 Months
Location: Gurgaon

Operations Intern
Key Responsibilities
Process Optimization: Document existing workflows, identify inefficiencies, and support the implementation of automation tools and AI-driven solutions to improve operational efficiency.
Data Management & Reporting: Maintain databases, update CRM systems, and prepare operational reports to support decision-making.
Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with Sales, HR, IT, and other departments to ensure smooth execution of projects and onboarding activities.
Operational Support: Assist with lead allocation, respond to client queries, monitor inventory, and support day-to-day business operations.
Desired Skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
Excellent communication and coordination skills
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Basic understanding of AI tools is an added advantage

MIS / Analytics Intern
Key Responsibilities
Data Management: Collect, clean, validate, and organize data from multiple sources to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
MIS Reporting: Prepare and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management.
Dashboard Creation: Assist in developing and maintaining dashboards using Excel, Power BI, or Google Looker Studio.
Data Analysis: Identify trends, reconcile operational or financial data, and resolve discrepancies.
Process Improvement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand reporting requirements and streamline data workflows.
Desired Skills
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Power Query preferred)
Basic understanding of SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or Looker Studio is a plus
Strong analytical and logical thinking skills
Attention to detail and data accuracy
Good communication and presentation skills

Eligibility
Final-year students or recent graduates in BBA, B.Com, BCA, B.Tech, MBA, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, or related fields.
Candidates with internship or project experience in operations, MIS, or analytics will be preferred.
