We're hiring HR / Operations Interns to work closely with the founder at DevTal.
Role: HR / Operations Intern
Location: Remote
Part-Time (1–2 hours daily)
What you'll do:
• Intern onboarding & documentation
• Performance tracking & daily updates
• Google Sheets / basic operations management
• Team coordination & follow-ups
• Supporting day-to-day business operations

Interview advice
Going for the Operations role at DevTal? A few things that help freshers walk in prepared:
- Have one example ready where you brought order to chaos — a process you organised or a bottleneck you fixed, with the result.
- For a virtual interview, test your internet, camera and mic in advance, sit somewhere quiet and well-lit, and still dress formally — it signals you are serious.
- Prepare two or three thoughtful questions to ask them about the team, the work and growth; "I have no questions" reads as low interest.
- It is fine not to know something — say how you would find the answer. Freshers are hired for how they think, not for knowing everything already.
- Use STAR for "tell me about a time" questions — Situation, Task, Action, Result — so your story stays clear and short.
