At Sortedd India, we are hiring an Operations Executive to build operations working closely with us.

About the Role
As an Operations Executive at Sortedd, you are the person who gets things done. Once a member raises a request through our app or WhatsApp, our AI and Relationship Manager clarify the requirement and assign the task to you. From that point it is your responsibility to research, coordinate, execute and close the task cleanly and quickly.
This is not a back-office job. You will be booking hotels, arranging drivers, coordinating vendors, sourcing gifts, scheduling appointments and handling everything in between on behalf of members who expect things done right the first time.

What You Will Do Day to Day
Receive tasks from the Relationship Manager on your console with full context, instructions, preferences and a timeline and ensure completing tasks on time
Research and execute tasks across travel, home services, gifting, healthcare and lifestyle
Make bookings and payments for tasks assigned when required using company accounts
Communicate clearly with the RM on progress, blockers and completion
Manage urgent requests including last minute tasks from our premium Black tier members without dropping quality
Communicate and maintain relations with vendors across all categories and share feedback to RM on their performance and share suggestive insights.
Close every task within the expected turnaround time and update the system accordingly

What We Are Looking For
We want someone who takes full ownership the moment a task lands with them. Someone who does not need to be followed up with, does not leave things ambiguous, and knows how to find answers fast.
Strong research skills across Google, apps and booking platforms
Clear written communication in English and Hindi
Great Negotiation skills.
Comfort with tools like WhatsApp, Google Sheets and online booking platforms
Ability to stay calm and sharp under urgency
Genuine attention to detail because the difference between a refundable and non-refundable booking matters here
Customer centricity and problem solving, ensuring customer experience is never compromised.
Freshers are welcome if they are sharp and quick learners. One to two years of experience in operations, travel coordination, concierge or any execution heavy role is a bonus but not mandatory

Work Setup
Primarily work from home with two days in Gurugram every week, Monday and Saturday
All payments for bookings and vendor coordination are made through company accounts.
