Prockured is looking for an organised, proactive, and detail-oriented Operations Executive to join our growing team in Jaipur.

🕥 Timing: 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM

Your role will include:
• Managing and tracking customer orders
• Coordinating with vendors and logistics partners
• Maintaining operational records and ensuring timely deliveries
• Preparing quotations

• Graduate with basic operations knowledge
• Good Excel and communication skills
• Organised, proactive and detail-oriented
• CRM or e-commerce experience is a plus

Interview advice
Going for the Operations role at Prockured? A few things that help freshers walk in prepared:
- Have one example ready where you brought order to chaos — a process you organised or a bottleneck you fixed, with the result.
- For a virtual interview, test your internet, camera and mic in advance, sit somewhere quiet and well-lit, and still dress formally — it signals you are serious.
- Prepare two or three thoughtful questions to ask them about the team, the work and growth; "I have no questions" reads as low interest.
- It is fine not to know something — say how you would find the answer. Freshers are hired for how they think, not for knowing everything already.
- Use STAR for "tell me about a time" questions — Situation, Task, Action, Result — so your story stays clear and short.
