Operations Executive Intern
I’m looking for an Operations Executive Intern!!
he/she is going to work closely with me at RemoteEngine.
This is a remote opportunity and a hands-on role where you’ll get exposure to recruitment and day-to-day business operations.
You’ll be involved in:
- Screening candidates and conducting initial calls
- Coordinating interviews and follow-ups
- Speaking with candidates and stakeholders
- Maintaining hiring trackers
- Supporting ongoing recruitment and operations activities
I’m looking for someone who is good with people, communicates well, is organised, takes ownership and isn’t afraid to pick up the phone and get things moving (very important 😩)
Prior experience is NOT the most important thing.
Willingness to learn, reliability and the ability to get things done matter more!!!!
Position: Operations Executive Intern (paid internship)
Work Mode: Remote

Interview advice
Going for the Operations role at RemoteEngine? A few things that help freshers walk in prepared:
- Have one example ready where you brought order to chaos — a process you organised or a bottleneck you fixed, with the result.
- Prepare two or three thoughtful questions to ask them about the team, the work and growth; "I have no questions" reads as low interest.
- It is fine not to know something — say how you would find the answer. Freshers are hired for how they think, not for knowing everything already.
- Use STAR for "tell me about a time" questions — Situation, Task, Action, Result — so your story stays clear and short.
- Keep answers tight and on-point; avoid rambling or personal topics like religion, politics, relationships or family.
