FirstCry is hiring passionate Operations Executives to join our Logistics Operations team!
✅ Freshers can apply ✅ Experience: 0–3 Years (Supply Chain, Logistics, E-commerce Operations preferred)
📌 Role Highlights:
Manage daily logistics operations across multiple courier partners (LSPs)
Monitor forward & reverse shipment performance
Track SLAs, OTD%, RTO%, NDR, and delivery metrics
Resolve shipment exceptions and escalations
Coordinate with warehouse, customer service, and operations teams
Ensure smooth order pickups, processing, and deliveries
Drive performance improvements with logistics partners
🎯 Who Should Apply?
Fresh graduates interested in Supply Chain & Logistics
Candidates with up to 3 years of experience in Logistics, E-commerce, or Supply Chain Operations
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Excel and data tracking is a plus
