✅ Multiple Openings: Trainee / Jr. Executive / Executive / Sr. Executive – Operations

✅ Monthly Compensation: ₹10,000- ₹50,000 (Based on experience)

✅ Location: Kalyan Nagar, HRBR Layout, Bengaluru

✅ Core Responsibilities (KRAs vary by seniority level):

▪️Procure-to-Pay (P2P) Cycle: Manage or assist with the entire purchasing lifecycle, from receiving campus requirements to generating POs and processing vendor payments.
▪️Multi-Campus Coordination: Act as the operational touchpoint for various Ekya schools, ensuring campus infrastructure, material, and logistical requirements are met efficiently.
▪️Vendor & Contract Management: Identify reliable vendors, evaluate quotes, build long-term relationships, and manage vendor service delivery timelines.
▪️Cost Optimization: Analyze consumption and spending data to spot patterns, eliminate waste, and drive cost-efficiency across our procurement streams.

✅ Education: BA, B.Com, BBA, or MBA graduates. A background in commerce, business administration, or accounts is a strong advantage.
✅ What we are looking for:
▪️Technical Skills: Good analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets. You should be comfortable working with numbers and data tracking.
▪️Communication Skills: Clear, polite, and strong verbal and written communication skills are essential, as you will interact with school heads, internal teams, and external vendors daily.
▪️Mindset: Highly organized, proactive, and eager to learn how operations function at scale.
