We're looking for an Operations Executive to run warehouse operations for our D2C natural food brand in Mumbai.
What you'll own: inventory, order fulfillment, and coordinating stock with our sourcing partners — basically, making sure every order goes out right.
We're looking for someone who takes ownership without being asked twice, and is comfortable growing in an environment that's still being built.
1. Graduate
2. Up to 1 year of experience (freshers welcome)
3. Comfortable with basic software tools (we'll train you)
4. Mumbai-based, immediate joining

Going for the Operations role at Earth N Essence? A few things that help freshers walk in prepared:
- Have one example ready where you brought order to chaos — a process you organised or a bottleneck you fixed, with the result.
- For a virtual interview, test your internet, camera and mic in advance, sit somewhere quiet and well-lit, and still dress formally — it signals you are serious.
- Prepare two or three thoughtful questions to ask them about the team, the work and growth; "I have no questions" reads as low interest.
- It is fine not to know something — say how you would find the answer. Freshers are hired for how they think, not for knowing everything already.
- Use STAR for "tell me about a time" questions — Situation, Task, Action, Result — so your story stays clear and short.
