💰 CTC: ₹2.50 LPA to ₹3 LPA (₹25,000/month including PF - in hand 18k to 21k monthly)
Required Skills:
✅ Advanced MS Excel (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables)
✅ MS PowerPoint
✅ DTP/Typesetting (MS Word, Adobe InDesign)
✅ Typing Speed: 40–60 WPM with high accuracy
✅ Content Uploading & Quality Check

Going for the Operations role at DBMI? A few things that help freshers walk in prepared:
- Have one example ready where you brought order to chaos — a process you organised or a bottleneck you fixed, with the result.
- For a virtual interview, test your internet, camera and mic in advance, sit somewhere quiet and well-lit, and still dress formally — it signals you are serious.
- Prepare two or three thoughtful questions to ask them about the team, the work and growth; "I have no questions" reads as low interest.
- It is fine not to know something — say how you would find the answer. Freshers are hired for how they think, not for knowing everything already.
- Use STAR for "tell me about a time" questions — Situation, Task, Action, Result — so your story stays clear and short.
