Your Superpowers & DNA:
●    Linguistic Agility: You are a communication rockstar, fluent in English and Hindi (Mandatory). If you also speak Marathi, Bengali, Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, or Malayalam, that is a huge added advantage!
●    The Startup DNA: We are a fast-paced, high-growth startup, which means this is not your standard 9-to-5. You must have the dedication and zeal to take absolute ownership of your zone—driving network empanelments, mastering contract negotiations, and independently handling escalation management.
●    Data & Excel Savvy: You know your way around spreadsheets. Being highly comfortable with MS Excel and handling operational data is a strict mandate for this role.
●    The Industry Edge: You have a background in BPO, Insurance, or experience as a Field Sales Executive / Medicine - Pharma (this gives you a massive advantage in our selection process).
●    The HQ Energy: You thrive in a 100% Work-From-Office environment where collaboration happens directly on the floor.
