Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare sales reports and MIS in MS Excel
- Maintain sales data and documentation
- Support vendor registration activities
- Coordinate employee travel bookings
- Process travel expense claims
- Work closely with different departments on daily operations
Eligibility:
🎓 Any Graduate (B.Com, BBA, Management, or related fields preferred)
Skills Required:
✔ Good communication skills
✔ Strong MS Excel knowledge (Pivot Table, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, IF Formula, Charts)
✔ MS Word & PowerPoint
✔ Analytical mindset and attention to detail
✔ Team player with good organizational skills

Going for the Operations role at ADCC? A few things that help freshers walk in prepared:
- Have one example ready where you brought order to chaos — a process you organised or a bottleneck you fixed, with the result.
- Spend 30 to 60 minutes beforehand on the company's site, recent news and LinkedIn, so you can name one specific reason you want to join when they ask.
- Re-read the job description and prepare two projects or coursework examples that map directly to what it asks for.
- Rehearse "tell me about yourself" out loud in about 60 seconds — education, one standout achievement, why this role — instead of reciting your CV top to bottom.
- Put numbers on your achievements: "8.5/10 GPA", "cut load time by 40%", "led a team of four" lands far better than "good grades" or "hard-working".
