We are hiring for the position of Operations Associate - Intern

Location: Gurgaon (In-office)

This role is designed for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy and execution - someone who can zoom out to design the system, and zoom in to unblock it when it breaks.

Your work will directly shape how JobsUPI plans, builds, and scales its fulfilment operations.

Key Responsibilities
-- Fulfilment Ownership: Track candidate/employer journeys across the funnel and drive placements to closure
-- Cross-Functional Coordination: Work with Tech, Ops, and Quality teams to align on priorities and unblock issues
-- AI Agent Planning & Testing: Design conversation flows and test AI agents end-to-end before and after deployment
-- Data Analysis: Pull and synthesize data across departments to spot patterns, gaps, and opportunities
-- Strategy & Bottleneck Resolution: Identify systemic bottlenecks and design practical fixes - then see them through
