📍 Location: Baner, Pune (Work from Office)
💼 Experience: 1–3 Years
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Conduct monthly induction sessions for new students.
✅ Track student attendance, performance, and engagement.
✅ Manage weekday and weekend training batches.
✅ Coordinate with trainers to ensure smooth class operations.
✅ Handle batch creation, schedule management, and batch change requests.
✅ Conduct one-on-one student interactions and guide them throughout their learning journey.
✅ Plan technical mock interviews and monitor student progress.
✅ Support HR operations, including attendance reports and offer letter coordination.
✅ Work closely with the training team to ensure students become placement-ready.
We're Looking For:
✔ 1–3 years of experience in Operations, Student Success, Academic Coordination, or EdTech.
✔ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
✔ Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
✔ Graduate/Postgraduate with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.

Interview advice
Going for the Operations role at FINXL? A few things that help freshers walk in prepared:
- Have one example ready where you brought order to chaos — a process you organised or a bottleneck you fixed, with the result.
- For a virtual interview, test your internet, camera and mic in advance, sit somewhere quiet and well-lit, and still dress formally — it signals you are serious.
- Prepare two or three thoughtful questions to ask them about the team, the work and growth; "I have no questions" reads as low interest.
- It is fine not to know something — say how you would find the answer. Freshers are hired for how they think, not for knowing everything already.
- Use STAR for "tell me about a time" questions — Situation, Task, Action, Result — so your story stays clear and short.
