Key Responsibilities
🔹 Connect with students via phone calls and provide guidance.
🔹 Explain the FILO app, its features, and benefits.
🔹 Assist students with registration, onboarding, and app usage.
🔹 Resolve basic student queries and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
🔹 Coordinate with internal teams to support educational initiatives across different states.
🔹 Maintain daily calling reports, registration records, and operational trackers using MS Excel.
🔹 Ensure timely follow-ups and deliver an excellent student experience.
Eligibility
✔ Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Freshers & Experienced candidates are welcome).
✔ Excellent communication skills in Hindi and/or English.
✔ Strong calling, customer handling, and interpersonal skills.
✔ Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
✔ Willingness to work from the Gurugram office.
✔ Positive attitude, quick learner, and team player.

Interview advice
Going for the Operations role at FILO? A few things that help freshers walk in prepared:
- Have one example ready where you brought order to chaos — a process you organised or a bottleneck you fixed, with the result.
- It is fine not to know something — say how you would find the answer. Freshers are hired for how they think, not for knowing everything already.
- Use STAR for "tell me about a time" questions — Situation, Task, Action, Result — so your story stays clear and short.
- Keep answers tight and on-point; avoid rambling or personal topics like religion, politics, relationships or family.
- Arrive 10 to 15 minutes early (not an hour), and carry a printed CV, a valid ID and any certificates.
