Operations Assistant
🚀 We're Hiring at ScriptX Media!
As ScriptX Media continues to grow, I'm looking for a full-time team member who can work closely with me across a variety of day-to-day operations.

• Project coordination
• Client communication
• Vendor management
• Research
• Operations & administrative support
• Content and documentation
• General business assistance
More than experience, I'm looking for someone who is:
• Genuinely willing to take ownership of their work
• Energetic, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced startup environment
• Quick to learn, adaptable, and eager to take on new challenges
• Committed, dependable, and looking for a long-term opportunity to grow with the company
• Trustworthy and excited to build something meaningful together
This role is ideal for someone at the beginning of their career or with a few years of experience who is hungry to learn, grow, and make a real impact from day one.

Interview advice
Going for the Operations role at ScriptX Media? A few things that help freshers walk in prepared:
- Have one example ready where you brought order to chaos — a process you organised or a bottleneck you fixed, with the result.
- Spend 30 to 60 minutes beforehand on the company's site, recent news and LinkedIn, so you can name one specific reason you want to join when they ask.
- Re-read the job description and prepare two projects or coursework examples that map directly to what it asks for.
- Rehearse "tell me about yourself" out loud in about 60 seconds — education, one standout achievement, why this role — instead of reciting your CV top to bottom.
- Put numbers on your achievements: "8.5/10 GPA", "cut load time by 40%", "led a team of four" lands far better than "good grades" or "hard-working".
