🚀 WE ARE HIRING: Online Reputation and Narrative Specialist
We are looking for a sharp, internet-fluent ORM and Narrative Specialist to manage community discourse, counter bad-faith narratives, and run sentiment steering for a few marquee creators.
📍 Location: 100% Remote💼 Type: Full-Time / Contract
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
• Track discussions, competitor threads, and viral commentary across Instagram, Twitter/X, and Reddit in real time.
• Step into high-traction comment sections to debunk false claims, steer discussions, and defend the creator’s narrative.
• Manage multiple authentic community profiles to surface key facts and neutralize coordinated negativity.
WHAT WE NEED:
• Platform Fluency: Deep understanding of how Reddit, Twitter/X, and Instagram algorithms, comment ranking, and subcultures function.
• Political and Cultural Literacy: Working grasp of Indian socio-political discourse (Left-wing vs Right-wing dynamics) and trending cultural debates.
• Mastery of Tone: Ability to engage logically, cite receipts, and maintain a calm, persuasive voice without sounding like a bot.
• Discretion: High confidentiality and operational discipline.
