on-camera talent
Looking for an Intern/freelance on-camera talent π₯π
For Heaven & Above, Iβm looking for someone in Delhi NCR who loves fashion, is comfortable in front of the camera, and enjoys being creative. Who can become a recurring face in our Reels and help us create fun, engaging content. This could be talking videos, styling videos, funny/relatable Reels, trends, GRWMs, outfit showcases, and whatever else we come up with.
Iβm looking for someone who:
β’ Loves fashion and dressing up
β’ Is confident and expressive on camera
β’Has a natural screen presence
β’Can carry different outfits and styles well
β’Is comfortable trying different kinds of Reels and content
You don't need to be a professional model or an established creator. If you're someone who simply enjoys fashion and feels good in front of a camera, you could be exactly who I'm looking for.
This is a freelance, project-based collaboration, not a full-time position. You'd typically be required for around 4 days a month, with shoots lasting about 4β5 hours a day, depending on the content requirements.
You'll also occasionally help me shoot content, BTS and brainstorm ideas for Reels.
If this sounds like you, DM me with a little about yourself and any photos/videos that show you on camera.
And yes, you get to wear the clothes. I consider that a pretty decent perk. ππ

Interview advice
Going for the HR role at Heaven & Above? A few things that help freshers walk in prepared:
- Be ready to talk through how you would handle a real people situation, and to show why discretion and clear communication matter in the role.
- Re-read the job description and prepare two projects or coursework examples that map directly to what it asks for.
- Rehearse "tell me about yourself" out loud in about 60 seconds β education, one standout achievement, why this role β instead of reciting your CV top to bottom.
- Put numbers on your achievements: "8.5/10 GPA", "cut load time by 40%", "led a team of four" lands far better than "good grades" or "hard-working".
- For a virtual interview, test your internet, camera and mic in advance, sit somewhere quiet and well-lit, and still dress formally β it signals you are serious.
