📍 Location : All Maharashtra
💰 CTC:
• Axis Bank: ₹2.2 – ₹2.4 LPA + Incentives up to ₹60,000/month
- ICICI Bank: ₹3.12 – ₹3.84 LPA (Based on location)
Key Responsibilities:
- Acquire and onboard new customers
- Promote CASA, Deposits, Loans, and other banking products
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Conduct field visits and generate business through lead conversion
- Cross-sell banking and third-party financial products
- Deliver excellent customer service while achieving sales targets
Eligibility:
Axis Bank
✅ Freshers only
✅ Any Graduate (Non-MBA & Non-Engineering preferred)
✅ Must own a bike with a valid driving license
✅ Willing to travel locally for field sales
✅ Free training provided by the company
ICICI Bank
✅ Fresh full-time Graduate with 50% or above
✅ Fresher or Upto 1 year experience
✅ Age 25 years or below
✅ Engineering, Diploma, Postgraduate & CA candidates are **NOT ELIGIBLE**
✅ Willingness to work in sales and relocate if required

Going for the Sales role at Axis Bank? A few things that help freshers walk in prepared:
- Expect a role-play: be ready to pitch a product in two minutes and to keep going politely after a "no" — resilience is most of what they are testing.
- It is fine not to know something — say how you would find the answer. Freshers are hired for how they think, not for knowing everything already.
- Use STAR for "tell me about a time" questions — Situation, Task, Action, Result — so your story stays clear and short.
- Keep answers tight and on-point; avoid rambling or personal topics like religion, politics, relationships or family.
- Arrive 10 to 15 minutes early (not an hour), and carry a printed CV, a valid ID and any certificates.
