๐ Location: Coimbatore
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and manage ISP, FTTH, and IPTV network infrastructure.
Monitor core routers, switches, OLTs, and IPTV platforms using NMS tools.
Troubleshoot network incidents and ensure timely resolution as per SLA.
Escalate and collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues.
Perform incident management, root cause analysis (RCA), and maintain operational documentation.
Ensure maximum network uptime and service availability.
Preferred Skills
Strong understanding of TCP/IP, Routing & Switching, VLANs, DNS, DHCP, PPPoE, and networking fundamentals.
Experience with GPON/FTTH technologies, OLT/ONT, BGP, OSPF, MPLS, and IPTV multicast (IGMP) is an advantage.
Familiarity with network monitoring and ticketing tools.
Basic Linux knowledge and scripting skills are a plus.
Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
Willingness to work in a 24ร7 rotational shift environment.
Experience
L1: 0โ2 years โ Network monitoring, first-level troubleshooting, incident logging, and escalation.
L2: 2โ5 years โ Advanced troubleshooting, service restoration, configuration support, and RCA.
L3: 5+ years โ Network optimization, complex issue resolution, infrastructure changes, mentoring, and technical leadership.
