Motion Graphic Designer
I'm hiring a Motion Graphic Designer!
We want someone who designs their own visual elements - style frames, iconography, visual language & then brings them to life in motion.
What you'll do:
Conceptualise and design original motion elements, then animate them end-to-end.
Own the full pipeline
Create motion graphics for social, client pitches, and marketing assets
Collaborate across teams
What we're looking for:
Portfolio showing original design work AND animation not just execution
Strong in After Effects + Illustrator/Photoshop
Solid design fundamentals - typography, layout, color, iconography

Going for the Design role at Eccentric Engine? A few things that help freshers walk in prepared:
- Your portfolio is the interview: be ready to walk through one project as a story — the problem, the choices you made, and the outcome, not just the visuals.
- Spend 30 to 60 minutes beforehand on the company's site, recent news and LinkedIn, so you can name one specific reason you want to join when they ask.
- Re-read the job description and prepare two projects or coursework examples that map directly to what it asks for.
- Rehearse "tell me about yourself" out loud in about 60 seconds — education, one standout achievement, why this role — instead of reciting your CV top to bottom.
- Put numbers on your achievements: "8.5/10 GPA", "cut load time by 40%", "led a team of four" lands far better than "good grades" or "hard-working".
