Thepurposeoftheroleistoprovidetimely, accurateandquality MISreports, dashboardstotheexternalinternalstakeholdersofaccount(s)asperthedefinedprocessandstandardsofsecurityandcompliance

• Preparetimelyandaccurate MISreportsanddashboardsasrequiredbythestakeholders
• Interactandworkcloselywithmanagement, internalstakeholdersclientstounderstandthebusinessinformationneeds

• Ensuringallreportsdashboardsarepreparedasperstakeholderrequirementsasperthedesiredfrequency(weekly/monthly/quarterly)

• Ensureregularreviewwith the MISTeam Lead for 100%accuracybeforepopulatinganycustomizeddashboardorgeneratinganycustomizedreport

• Trackandfollowupwithrelevantstakeholderfortimelyupdationanddatamanagementofparameters(key SLAmetricssuchasrun-rateetc.)

• Generateaccountlevelreports(billableandnon-billable)onforecasting, scheduling(bothonshoreandoffshore)andperformanceagainst SLAs, CSAT, Qualityetc.

• Ensurezeronon-compliancesonprocessauditondatasecurityandcompliance

• Supportandadopttoolsandsystemsforefficient MISgenerationandreportingsystem
• Continuoussupporttothemanagerinrollingoutnewtechniquesandinitiativestoincreaseproductivity

• Providingupdatetothemanagerontheprogressofanynew MISinitiatives

• Performperiodicmaintenanceandservicing of MISsystemtoimproveoperationalefficiency

• Adoptnewtools, technologysolutionsanddevelopcapabilitythroughtrainingtoimproveownproductivity.

• Developanalyticalskillsandunderstandingofstatisticalanalysistosuggestimprovementinthequalityofanalysis
