Techsteck Solutions is hiring developer interns to work on real production-grade applications across mobile and web stacks.
Role
• Build cross-platform mobile apps using Flutter and Dart
• Develop and maintain backend or web applications using MERN (MongoDB, Express, React, Node.js) or Laravel
• Integrate REST APIs and backend services
• Debug, test, and optimize applications for performance and scalability
• Collaborate with designers and backend teams
• Contribute to real client projects and internal products
Requirements
• Mandatory: Knowledge of Flutter and Dart
• Mandatory: Choose at least one — MERN stack or Laravel
• Understanding of mobile and/or web UI/UX principles
• Familiarity with Git and version control workflows
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup
Stipend Structure
• First 3 months: Unpaid internship
• Next 3 months: ₹10,000 per month
Career Progression
Successful completion of the 6-month internship leads to a full-time offer with a CTC of ₹4 LPA – ₹6 LPA. Remote roles available.

Interview advice
