We're looking for a Merchant Activation & Coordination Intern to manage the end-to-end onboarding journey of merchants and ensure a smooth activation experience.

📍 Location: Pune
🎓 Experience: Freshers
📅 Internship Duration: 6 Months

What you'll do:

🔹 Manage merchant onboarding and activation after MAF submission
🔹 Coordinate with KYC, Risk, Banking Operations, and Product teams
🔹 Follow up with merchants to resolve pending requirements and queries
🔹 Track onboarding progress and ensure timely merchant go-live
🔹 Deliver a seamless onboarding experience through proactive communication

We're looking for someone with:

✔️ Fresh graduates who are interested in Fintech, Payments & Operations
✔️ Strong verbal and written communication skills
✔️ Good coordination and stakeholder management abilities
✔️ Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
✔️ Basic proficiency in Excel and operational tracking
