Mechanical Graduate Engineer Trainee
Mechanical GETKey Responsibilities:
1. Learning and Development: Participateintrainingsessions, workshops, andmentorshipprogramstoenhanceyourtechnicalknowledgeandprofessionalskillsrelatedtomechanicalengineering. Gainproficiencyinusingindustry-standardsoftwaretoolsandequipment.
2. Design and Development: Assistseniorengineersandprojectteamsinthedesign, development, andevaluationofmechanicalsystems, components, andmachinery. Contributetothecreationofdesignspecifications, 3 Dmodels, engineeringdrawings, andprototypes.
3. Analysis and Simulation: Utilizecomputer-aidedengineering(CAE)toolstoperformanalysis, simulations, andtestingofmechanicalsystems, ensuringcompliancewithindustrystandards, safetyrequirements, andperformanceobjectives.
4. Manufacturing and Producti on Support: Collaboratewithmanufacturingandproductionteamstooptimizemanufacturingprocesses, improveproductquality, andreducecosts. Providetechnicalsupportduringtheproductionphase, troubleshootingissues, andproposingsolutions.
5. Project Coordination: Assistinprojectmanagementactivities, includingcreatingprojectplans, trackingprogress, andcoordinatingwithcross-functionalteamstoensuretimelycompletionofmilestones. Contributetoprojectreports, documentation, andpresentations.
6. Quality Assurance: Participateinqualityassuranceprocesses, includinginspections, testing, andvalidationofmechanicalsystems. Ensurecompliancewithqualitystandardsandspecifications, identifyingareasforimprovementandimplementingcorrectiveactions.
7. Research and Development: Stayupdatedwithemergingtrends, technologies, andbestpracticesinmechanicalengineering. Conductresearchtoexploreinnovativesolutions, proposeimprovements, andsupporttheimplementationofnewtechnologieswithinprojects.
8. Collaboration and Communication: Collaborateeffectivelywithcross-functionalteams, includingelectricalengineers, projectmanagers, andtechnicians. Communicatetechnicalconceptsandprojectupdatesclearlyandconciselytostakeholders, bothverballyandinwrittenreports.
