Are you an MBA (Operations) graduate looking for an opportunity to work directly with senior leadership and drive meaningful business improvements?
Windals Precision is looking for a highly motivated MBA (Operations) Fresher or professional with 1–2 years of experience to join our team and support organization-wide improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Work closely with the top management team on strategic improvement projects.
• Coordinate and drive project execution across functions.
• Prepare Minutes of Meeting (MOMs) and communicate action points.
• Track project plans, timelines, deliverables, and closures.
• Follow up with cross-functional teams to ensure commitments are met.
• Monitor progress, identify roadblocks, and support timely resolution.
• Interact with everyone from the leadership team to shop-floor employees to ensure seamless execution.
• Support continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives across the organization.
We're looking for someone with:
✔ MBA in Operations (Freshers or candidates with 1-2 years of experience are welcome to apply)
✔ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
✔ Excellent organizational and project coordination abilities
✔ Good knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Office
✔ A proactive attitude, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn
