🎓 Who Can Apply?
MBA Marketing students / recent graduates
Strong interest in Marketing, Branding, Content & Digital Marketing
Prior internship/project experience is a plus
Candidates with hands-on exposure to Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator or similar tools preferred
Students with relevant college projects, campaigns, social media or design experience are encouraged to apply

Interview advice
Going for the Marketing role at Agrim? A few things that help freshers walk in prepared:
- Bring one campaign or content idea you would run for them in week one — showing initiative beats listing tools you have heard of.
- Arrive 10 to 15 minutes early (not an hour), and carry a printed CV, a valid ID and any certificates.
- Practise once out loud with a friend or a mock interview — the more you rehearse, the calmer and clearer you will be on the day.
- Send a short thank-you message within a day that refers to something specific you discussed — most freshers skip this, and it is remembered.
- Spend 30 to 60 minutes beforehand on the company's site, recent news and LinkedIn, so you can name one specific reason you want to join when they ask.
