Are you an MBA student with a strong interest in e-commerce, analytics, UX, and growth strategies? Here’s an exciting opportunity to work with FirstCry and gain hands-on experience in driving mobile e-commerce growth! 🛍️📊

What you’ll work on:
🔹 Analyze the end-to-end mobile site funnel and identify drop-offs
🔹 Optimize user journeys, navigation, search, PDP, cart & checkout experiences
🔹 Benchmark performance and identify growth opportunities
🔹 Work closely with Marketing, Product & Tech teams
🔹 Develop data-backed growth and retention strategies
🔹 Create funnel reports, UX audits, dashboards and actionable roadmaps
🔹 Present insights and recommendations to leadership

🔍 What We’re Looking For:
• MBA students with strong analytical & problem-solving skills
• Good understanding of e-commerce & growth metrics
• Working knowledge of MS Excel
• Knowledge of Google Analytics, Mixpanel & tracking tools
• Understanding of UI/UX and user experience
• Strong communication and market research skills
• Creative, proactive and detail-oriented mindset
• Ability to collaborate and multitask

📍 Location: Pune
⏳ Duration: 3–6 Months
