🔥 What You'll Work On
• Assist in planning and executing social media content
• Coordinate with influencers, partners & vendors
• Support marketing campaigns, promotions & events
• Conduct market research & competitor analysis
• Assist with customer outreach & brand partnerships
• Support sales activities, lead generation & business outreach
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth campaign execution
• Take ownership of day-to-day marketing & sales assignments
💡 What We're Looking For
✔️ Good communication & interpersonal skills
✔️ Creative, proactive & willing to learn
✔️ Basic understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn & other social platforms
✔️ Organized and detail-oriented approach
✔️ Familiarity with Canva/Photoshop is an added advantage
✔️ Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
✔️ Immediate Joiners Preffered
🎓 Who Can Apply?
• Students pursuing or recently graduated with a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication or a related field

- Prepare two or three thoughtful questions to ask them about the team, the work and growth; "I have no questions" reads as low interest.
- It is fine not to know something — say how you would find the answer. Freshers are hired for how they think, not for knowing everything already.
- Use STAR for "tell me about a time" questions — Situation, Task, Action, Result — so your story stays clear and short.
- Keep answers tight and on-point; avoid rambling or personal topics like religion, politics, relationships or family.
