Marketing Operations Intern

At Eatitude Consultants, we’re looking for a Marketing Operations Intern who understands social media beyond just posting content.
Someone who follows trends before they become trends.
Someone who can look at a brand and think, “This could be communicated better.” Someone who enjoys turning ideas into content, content into conversations, and conversations into brand growth.
What you’ll be working on
• Developing and maintaining content calendars
• Content planning, scheduling and publishing
• Supporting social media and content strategy
• Managing content across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook and other relevant platforms
• Identifying emerging social media trends, formats and opportunities
• Coordinating with the creative team for content execution
• Monitoring content performance, reach and engagement
• Conducting F&B, hospitality and competitor research
• Exploring new platforms and creative opportunities for brand growth
Who can apply
• Students, fresh graduates and young professionals from Marketing, Digital Marketing, Mass Communication, Hospitality, Media or related fields
• Strong understanding of social media platforms
• Good communication and content-writing skills
• Creative mindset with strong awareness of digital trends
• Good organisational and coordination skills
• Basic knowledge of Canva and social media analytics will be an advantage
• Previous experience managing a personal, college or brand social-media account will be an added advantage
We’re not looking for someone who simply knows how to post. We’re looking for someone who wants to understand why a piece of content works.
