About Us
The Clean Crate is building India’s next clean-label food brand. We create high-protein, ready-to-eat breakfasts made with real ingredients—no preservatives, no refined sugar, and no shortcuts. We’re looking for someone who wants to build a brand from the ground up, not just manage social media.
What You’ll Do
* Assist in planning and executing Instagram content.
* Coordinate and shoot behind-the-scenes (BTS) content during product shoots, events, and founder activities.
* Edit short-form videos (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts).
* Design creatives using Canva or Adobe tools.
* Research social media trends and generate content ideas.
* Coordinate with influencers for collaborations and product gifting.
* Help organize sampling events, marathons, corporate activations, and pop-ups.
* Track content performance and prepare simple weekly reports.
* Support email marketing, WhatsApp campaigns, and community engagement.
* Assist in brainstorming campaigns for product launches and seasonal promotions.
Requirements
* Student or recent graduate in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, or related field.
* Passion for content creation and consumer brands.
* Comfortable using Canva; basic knowledge of CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar editing tools is a plus.
* Good written and verbal communication skills.
* Self-driven, organized, and eager to learn.
* Interest in fitness, nutrition, or healthy food brands is a bonus.

- Bring one campaign or content idea you would run for them in week one — showing initiative beats listing tools you have heard of.
- Use STAR for "tell me about a time" questions — Situation, Task, Action, Result — so your story stays clear and short.
- Keep answers tight and on-point; avoid rambling or personal topics like religion, politics, relationships or family.
- Arrive 10 to 15 minutes early (not an hour), and carry a printed CV, a valid ID and any certificates.
- Practise once out loud with a friend or a mock interview — the more you rehearse, the calmer and clearer you will be on the day.
