Three months, full time, Delhi, with us at She Capital.
Marketing is the bulk of it, but you'd also be in on ops, partner calls, bits of the podcast. And Goa in November for Together, which is the fun part ๐ด
No finance background needed. No VC internship. Resume can have gaps in it, I really don't care. Can you write, and do you move on things without someone telling you to? That's most of it.
Form's in the comments ๐ apply there rather than DM, I lose track otherwise.
And tag someone if they'd be good for this. Coffee's on me if we end up hiring them :)

Interview advice
Going for the Marketing role at She Capital? A few things that help freshers walk in prepared:
- Bring one campaign or content idea you would run for them in week one โ showing initiative beats listing tools you have heard of.
- Arrive 10 to 15 minutes early (not an hour), and carry a printed CV, a valid ID and any certificates.
- Practise once out loud with a friend or a mock interview โ the more you rehearse, the calmer and clearer you will be on the day.
- Send a short thank-you message within a day that refers to something specific you discussed โ most freshers skip this, and it is remembered.
- Spend 30 to 60 minutes beforehand on the company's site, recent news and LinkedIn, so you can name one specific reason you want to join when they ask.
